Windows XP

1.	Click on Start => All Programs => Accessories => Communication => New Connection Wizard.
2.	Click Next.
3.	Select: *Connect to the Internet. Click Next*.
4.	Select: *Setup my connection manually. Click Next*.
5.	Select: *Connect using a dial-up modem. Click Next*.
6.	Type *ISP Name: GISPL. Click Next*.
7.	Type *Phone number: 15111. Click Next*.
8.	Type *Username and Password* provided by *GISPL. Click Next*.
9.	Tick mark on *Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop. Click Finish*.
10.	On *Dialup dialog, click on Properties*.
11.	On *General* Tab, click on Configure, then select *Maximum speed(bps)* to: 38400
12.	Click OK, Now click on Connect to Dial to *GISPL Internet* using *GISPL*.

Windows 2000

1.	Click on Start => Program => Accessories => Communications => Network and Dial-up Connections.
2.	Click on Make New Connection. Click Next.
3.	Select *Dial-up to the Internet. Click Next*.
4.	Select *I want to setup my Internet connection manually. Click Next*.
5.	Select *I connect through a phone line and a modem. Click Next*.
6.	Type *Telephone Number: 15111*.
7.	Select *Country/region name and code* to Nepal (977).
8.	Uncheck *Use area code and dialing rules. Click Next*.
9.	Supply *Username and Password* provided by *GISPL. Click Next*.
10.	Type *Connection Name: GISPL. Click Next*.
11.	Select No to *Do you want to set up an Internet mail account now?*
12.	Click on Next, Click on Finish.
13.	Right Click on the Connection just created, *GISPL. Click on Properties*.
14.	On *General* Tab, Click on Configure, Select *Maximum speed (bps)* to: 38400
15.	Click OK.

Windows 98 SE

1.	Click on My Computer => Dial-up Networking => Make New Connection.
2.	Type: GISPL.
3.	Select Your *Modem: By default it will be selected, Click on Next*.
4.	Leave *Area Code* blank, Type *Telephone Number: 15111*.
5.	Select *Country or Region Code: Nepal (977), Click on Finish*.
6.	Right click on GISPL and click on Properties.
7.	You will see a *new dialog, On General* Tab, Uncheck: Use area code and Dialing Properties.
8.	On *Connect Using* section click on Configure, Again you will see a *new dialog*.
9.	On *General* Tab, Select *Maximum Speed* to: 38400.
10.	On *Server Types* Tab, make sure to put *tick mark* only on,
	Enable Software Compression.
	TCP/IP
11.	Click OK.
