Open Outlook Express.

Click on Start => Programs => Outlook Express.

Click on Tools => Accounts.
|

Click on Mail => Add => Mail.
|
| 5. |
Display Name: Type Your Real Name : Deepak Shrestha. Click Next.

Email Address: username@gispl.com
|

Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, HTTP) server:
|

- mail.gispl.com ( For GISPL Mail Users ).
- capital.col.com.np ( For COL Mail Users ).
- POP Server Address of your Mail Account ( For Users having different POP and SMTP accounts ).

Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:

- mail.gispl.com ( For GISPL Mail Users ).
- capital.col.com.np ( For COL Mail Users ).
- SMTP Server Address of your ISP ( For Users having different POP and SMTP accounts ).

Click on Next.

Type Username and Password provided by GISPL, Click on Finish.

Select the account you have just created, Click on Properties, you will see a new Dialog.

On General Tab, put your email address in Reply Address : username@gispl.com
|

On Servers Tab, verify the settings as given above.
|
| 14. |
On Connection Tab, Tick mark on Always connect to this account using.
|
| 15. |
Select Dial-up Connection made. e.g. GISPL
|
| 16. |
Click on Apply and OK.
